Dribbling Basketballs I-V explores the sound, shape, and action of a bouncing basketball. Varying compositions of images and speeds of the basketballs create changing and fluctuating rhythms of the sound of the bounce. The isolation of the ball allows the viewer to see and hear the ball in action that would otherwise be covered or masked by the sounds of running athletes, squeaking shoes, cheering, shouting, and music.
